Pine Hills Lodge Wedding Planner

I have to admit, I LOVE the Pine Hills Lodge! The rustic charm, multiple spaces for weddings and events, and the cabins!! It is so great and not too far from San Diego!

Such a perfect place for a wedding.

Megan and Zach were married on a blazing hot day in June.  It was such a fun time for all that made the trip, booking out all the room and cabins to spend the weekend with the couple.

Zach is the son of a former San Diego Charger player, so many fun nods to that were in place. Including the Chargers theme song as the groom's parents made their entrance.

I have to say, the highlight of this wedding was probably the mini family reunion that occured.  Megan has an estranged brother that lives in Northern California, and he was on his way down for the wedding.  He didn't make it in time for the ceremony, and he called when he was near to let them know he was still coming.  So I hopped in my car and went in search of him.  Well I found him and brought him back. And the touching reunion was so wonderful to witness! We all shed a tear.
Congratulation to you both! And the very best of wishes to you and your new family!

June!

We are in full wedding mode here with multiple events every week and tons of projects for the business at the same time!  From buntings, to banners, to a revamp of some marketing material, things can get quite hectic!
First off,
Meet Riannan-
(I stole this pic off her facebook)

She was referred to me by her boyfriend Daniel.
Daniel contacted me last year when he needed to interview a professional for a college project.
We met, I did the interview, and he presented his report to the class. I was very impressed with this young gentleman!
Fast forward to this year. Daniel's girlfriend Riannan needed an internship for a school project.
He contacted me and asked if I had a spot for her. Of course I did!
So Riannan and Daniel both came to hang out with me for a bit and we did projects, organized some inventory, laughed and had a fun time.
They both assisted in wedding setup for several events this month and then she did her POL for school.
A presentation of learning.
I was so impressed with the knowledge of technology both of these people have! The school they attended is amazing! High Tech High North County is really educating our future leaders in a positive way!
So back to Riannan, she has great ideas, is fast and fun and I have added her to my team now that her internship has ended.
Here is my favorite picture of R and Max.
(supposedly they were working that day!)

So back to June.
We have been crazy busy with weddings, rehearsals, final walkthroughs, and new client meetings!
First weekend in June- the lovely Nicole and Christopher were married at Marina Village.

Then Vivian and Justin were married at La Jolla Shores Hotel
